We planned a family vacation to Tulum, Mexico. It was so overwhelming trying to navigate all the info and do it ourselves online, but once we called Sun Travel and met with Priscilla Razo, she took the time to help US figure out what WE were looking for and she put together a fantastic and affordable package that we enjoyed to the fullest! Not only that, but half the family was coming in from the other side of the country, and she was able to coordinate our flight itineraries and necessary services to ensure that we all arrived within a close time to one another. We are already planning another family vacation, as well as some general trips that we are going straight back to Priscilla and Sun Travel for our tourism needs! Thank you Priscilla, and thank you Sun Travel!!

I've read some negative reviews here but decided to go anyway to book our honeymoon . My husband and I had a very pleasant experience with Sun Travel (Hawkins location ). Isabelle was our travel agent. She was the best!!! She answered all of our questions and took care of every detail. We even extended our stay. We simply called her and she took care of everything. Sun Travel handled ALL of the details of our Honeymoon to Costa Rica, and I highly recommend them. We pretty much put everything in their hands, as we are not huge travelers, and the 3 resorts they selected for our 10 day trip were all spectacular. They handled booking our flights & rental car as well. Everything was streamlined and easy from beginning to end. Special thanks to Isabelle Caballero for the great experience!
